Who sells

Project HQ is sold by Dennis Jonkman, a sole trader (eenmanszaak) trading as MethodKeep, Broekweg 83, 2161 XB Lisse, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 98489798, VAT NL005339720B79. Email dennis@methodkeep.nl.

What you buy

A licence to use Project HQ, desktop software for Windows, for your own projects. The licence is for one person. You may install and use it on several PCs, as long as they are your own. Project HQ runs on your own PC. To set up projects it needs Claude, Codex or ChatGPT, which you get separately from their makers.

Price and payment

€37 one-time, including VAT. No subscription. You pay through Stripe, our payment processor.

Delivery

After payment you get a download link by email.

Not for you after all? Email dennis@methodkeep.nl within 30 days of buying. You get the full price back, through the way you paid, within 14 days. No questions asked.

Your right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content, that right ends when the download starts, if you asked for immediate delivery and confirmed that you lose the right. Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies either way.

If something doesn't work

Project HQ must work as described on this site, on a Windows PC. If it doesn't, email us; you have the legal rights that apply to digital content in the EU.

Liability

Keep backups of your project files. Our liability is limited to the price you paid, except where the law doesn't allow that limit, such as for intent or gross negligence.

Law

Dutch law applies. As a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
