Who we are

This website and Project HQ are offered by Dennis Jonkman, a sole trader (eenmanszaak) trading as MethodKeep, Broekweg 83, 2161 XB Lisse, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 98489798. Questions about privacy? Email dennis@methodkeep.nl.

This website

This site sets no cookies, doesn't measure visitors and loads nothing from other websites.

Like any web host, our host (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and to protect the site against abuse.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address with MailerLite, an email service based in the EU that handles it for us. Our website passes your address straight on to MailerLite and does not keep it. MailerLite first sends you an email to confirm your address (double opt-in). You are only on the list after you click the link in that email. We use it only to tell you when Project HQ is on sale. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

We do this because you asked for it (your consent). You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or emailing dennis@methodkeep.nl.

If you email us, we use your message and email address to answer you.

Buying Project HQ

When Project HQ is on sale, payment runs through Stripe, our payment processor. We receive your name, email address, country and what you bought, so we can deliver the download, send your invoice and handle refunds. Tax law requires us to keep invoices for 7 years.

Project HQ on your PC

Project HQ runs on your own PC. Your project files and everything Project HQ shows stay there. We don't receive any of it, and Project HQ makes no AI calls of its own.

How long we keep it

Waitlist addresses: until you unsubscribe, or until we close the waitlist.

Emails: as long as we need them to answer you and follow up.

Invoices and accounts: 7 years, as tax law requires.

Who we share it with

We don't sell data and don't share it for advertising. We use a few services to run this business: website hosting (Cloudflare), the waitlist email service (MailerLite), email and, once Project HQ is on sale, our payment processor Stripe. We have agreements with them about your data.

Your rights

You may see your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to how we use it. Email dennis@methodkeep.nl; you get an answer within a month.

Not happy with how we handle your data? You can complain to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or to the authority in the EU country where you live.
