Dennis Jonkman
Dennis Jonkman makes Project HQ. His one-person business is called MethodKeep. It is based in the Netherlands.
Dennis runs several projects at once with Claude Code and Codex. He built Project HQ to answer three questions on one screen. How far along is each project? What's next? What is waiting for him?
It started as his own tool on his own Windows PC. The version for you is the same dashboard, plus a guided setup. The setup helps you and your AI assistant add your projects.
How Project HQ treats your files
- It reads the files your projects already have: status files, Markdown task lists and git history
- Changes it makes to a project file go through a safe path, with a backup and a conflict check
- It runs on your PC, behind a password, and only accepts connections from your own PC
- It makes no AI or API calls of its own
What it is not
- A cloud service or a sync tool
- A team tool with shared accounts
- An AI that does the work for you
- Available for Mac or Linux
